If you are a high school football coach, the Triple Option Football Academy can support the development of your players and coaches. Through this three-day camp, you can bring together your players and coaches to develop techniques and construct an offense which can be utilized for the rest of the coach’s career.

While each three-day camp is unique, camps are all designed to help support the coach’s effort to lead the high-performance football environment. Many successful camps with Dr. Cella have led to immediate success. All three-day camps benefit from Dr. Cella’s instruction, which means that you can concentrate on your content without having to worry about the logistics.

Triple Option Football Academy Camps with Dr. Cella bring together players and coaches from a high school football program to develop the techniques and fundamentals necessary to execute the Triple Option Offense. As Dr. Cella arrives right at the client’s high school, these three-day camps launch and expand new knowledge for players and coaches. All coaches receive the Triple Option Football Academy with Dr. Cella prior to the start of the three-day camp.

Expect the Triple Option to be installed and executed with ease as ALL camps are personally run by Dr. Cella.

Camps are run at high schools all throughout the United States–Dr. Cella has run camps in extreme rural areas and Native-American reservations. He has been in 45 states plus two Canadian provinces.

Student-athletes from other schools may participate in your camp.

Camps are run during any three-day period from January 1-August 1 of this year.

Day 1- Triple Option (4 hours plus staff meeting afterwards).

Day 2- Midline Option and Triple Pass (4 hours plus staff meetings afterwards).

Day 3- Rocket Toss, Pass Offense, and Miscellaneous Tags (4 hours).

Two State Semifinalists, A State Finalist, and a State Champion in Texas have Come out of Dr. Cella’s Triple Option Football System Over the Last Four Years

Triple Option Football Academy Owner, Dr. Lou Cella, is a Sports Performance Specialist, and a 20-year coaching veteran of the college and high school level.

Over the last five years, Dr. Cella assisted in the turnaround of numerous high school football programs through his triple option-based camp system. Just months after Dr. Cella served as camp director, Cashmere (WA) and Timmonsville (SC) went to the state semifinals, Bayfield (CO) went to the state championship game, and Falls City (TX) won their first regional and first state championship in school history.

In addition, Hereford (MD), Johnson (NJ), Lakewood (SC), Petaluma (CA), Piedra Vista (NM), Poland (ME), Riverwood (GA), San Benito (CA), Seminole County (GA), and Temple City (CA) posted drastic turnarounds just months after Dr. Cella served as their camp director.

Dr. Cella possesses four degrees with an A.S. in Education, a B.S. in English, a M.Ed in Information Technology, and a Psy.D in Psychology, Sport Performance Psychology.
