First things first…
The Triple Option Football Academy is constructed to provide coaches with ELITE sports science-mental conditioning practices to lead the high-performance offensive football environment.
Right now, I am in the dissertation process of my doctorate, which is the final phase of my doctorate. Next spring, I officially become Dr. Cella, Sports Performance Psychologist.
And so, the time is now to directly bring my clients elite information on biomechanics, sports science, kinesiology, and the psychomotor movements of the triple option.

I listened to several past and current clients on a lot of topics to get to today, and because of them, here’s the Triple Option Football Academy advantage.
– All clients work directly with ME.
– I’m doing active research studies with my clients on the effectiveness of their triple option as it relates to their practice time. We’re doing big things with analysis and the sports science of the offense.
