This has been addressed by the Triple Option Football Academy.

Do you remember what they are?

No.  Ok, well you’ll now know.

#1- Sprint up the field.

#2- When Receiver gets three yards away from the Near Deep Defender, he chops his feet.

#3- Receiver allows Near Deep Defender to make the first move.

#4- As soon as the Near Deep Defender makes his first move, he  laterally shuffles.

#5- Once the Receiver gets even with the Near Deep Defender, he moves forward.

#6- Once the Receiver is one-yard away from the Near Deep Defender, he punches his hands through the breastplate of the Near Deep Defender and pounds his arches through the echo of the whistle.
