When running Triple, if a 3-technique and a Playside Safety appear to the call side, the concept defaults to Lead (Midline Double).
Versus a 50 Eagle situation, this is exactly the case.

High school football defenses predominantly focus on cancelling the dive when facing the Triple Option.
