- Know assignment 100% of the time.
- Knee bender.
- Go to the ground for five quarters.
- A tireless run blocker.
- Play with quick feet.
- Recognize defensive fronts and understand who to block.
- Selfless and willing to sacrifice for the team.
- Center – The best offensive lineman in the program–must veer past the 0-technique.
- Guards – Will be bigger, better blockers–responsible for blocking for the B-Back.
- Tackles – Smaller, quicker linemen. Must be able to get to the second level and block linebackers, and get to the edge and run on Rocket.
