Offensive Line blocking fundamentals in the Triple Option have changed with the elimination of cut blocking inside the tackle box (at the high school level).

1- Scoop Blocking is the same except if there is a first-level threat the Offensive Lineman will cutoff the 1st level threat.  

Offensive Line--Scoop the Cones. The Offensive Linemen Open-Run pas the threat in their gap and get up the field... Then, they align and do this again. This simulates the exact Scoop block technique.

2- Veer releasing continues as planned.  The goalpost drill is the best off-season veer drill ever invented.
