Eliminating Pre-Snap Motion on the Triple Option

In this episode, Dr. Cella educates listeners on how to eliminate pre-snap motion on the Triple Option.  For years, the Backside A-Back would leave early to execute the pitch phase of the Triple Option.  Now, the alignment and  footwork is corrected to allow an ON-SNAP pitch phase of the Triple Option.  This prevents the defense from knowing where the Triple Option Offense is going with the ball.
