Seven Fundamental Skills That Must be Fixed to Make the Triple Option Go

New high school Triple Option coaches are often worried about plays. 

They want answers to every possible situation that a defense can do.

When Dr. Cella put the If-Then sheet on the Internet in 2008, this created a methodology that coaches continually expanded.

At one of Dr. Cella’s Triple Option Football Academy Camps this summer, one of his clients handed him an if-then sheet that had over 25 possibilities.

Perhaps, they could start fixing the fundamentals of the Triple Option so that no matter what the defense does, the defense cannot stop the Triple Option Offense.
