Phase 3- Webinar
Dr. Cella hosts this Q&A with the coaching staff.
Phase 4- Camp
You schedule your 3-day Camp with Dr. Cella.
You gather players, coaches, footballs, a field, an IPad, and a Bluetooth speaker while Dr. Cella takes care of the rest.
All camp-participating coaches watch the Triple Option Football Academy Camp-Procedure Video.
The Triple Option Football Academy Technology Pre-Test occurs. This is done with the coaching staff, support staff, and Dr. Cella no later than 30 minutes before the camp start time.
Your players and coaches complete the 3-day camp with Dr. Cella.
At the end of each day the Q&A with Dr. Cella and the coaching staff occurs, and the schedule for each day is the following:
Day 1- Triple Option and Q&A with Dr. Cella.
Day 2- Triple Option, Zone Option, and Q&A with Dr. Cella.
Day 3- Passing Game, Zone Dive, Heavy Package, Midline, Play Calling the Triple Option Offense, Installing the Triple Option Offense, Practicing the Triple Option Offense, and Q&A with Dr. Cella.
Phase 5- 20-Hour Mastery Plan
You follow the 20-hour Triple Option Offense Mastery Plan made available in the online classroom. This plan is designed to get your team to 90% potential with Dr. Cella’s sports science and mental conditioning-based methodology.
Schedule regular conference calls with Dr. Cella for ongoing counsel, and Dr. Cella is available 24 hours/day for you.
