Video Description:

In this video, I break down why I focus exclusively on Army and Air Force and their core offense. I define their current core offense based on what they execute, in the aggregate, at least four times per game. This is the foundation of my approach to coaching the Flexbone. If you want to maximize success as a head high school football coach, you must focus only on what moves the needle.

Wasted time is wasted opportunity, and Many coaches get distracted by complexity. They experiment with concepts that don’t deliver wins. That’s why I make it my mission to ensure my clients avoid those pitfalls. I want them to prioritize what actually works—what gets them closest to victory every single Friday night.

Success isn’t about doing more, and success is about doing what matters most with relentless precision. That’s where three key principles come into play:

1. The Pareto Principle (80/20 Rule): 80% of your results come from 20% of your efforts. Focus on the plays that win games.

2. Parkinson’s Law: Work expands to fill the time allotted. Create urgency. Get the job done efficiently.

3. Josh Kaufman’s 20-Hour Rule: You can become competent in a skill with just 20 focused hours. Apply this to mastering the Flexbone.

I don’t just share theory—I give you exactly what you need to dominate with the Flexbone offense. My job is to help you win games, save time, and multiply success. That’s why I focus only on what’s proven at the highest level of under-center option football.

Army and Air Force run these concepts for a reason—they work. Watch this video and learn why you should, too.
