Utilizing Freeze to Slow Down Dominant Action Keys

Step 1- Call Freeze Left

Step 2- Quarterback goes through cadence (Down-Ready-Sethut). Left A-Back leaves on “Y” in Ready and returns to his initial alignment immediately after cadence is complete.

*This prevents a clean vertical get off by the action key.

Step 3- Quarterback calls the Triple Option to the smallest technique (from 1 technique out).

Step 4- Concept is Executed.
