The following teaches you the process of installing and executing Counter Option:
Counter Option is run when the Backside Inside Linebacker tackles the B-Back on Triple/Midline.

The B-Back’s path slightly adjusts based on the alignment of the defenders. With a 0-technique, he will run tighter to the A-gap while with a 3-technique he will widen. If there is an A-gap runthrough versus a 3-technique, the Center will down block the runthrough and the B-Back picks up the 3-technique.
