Adding the Hot Route to Four Verticals

The Receivers and Backside A run down the field; however, the Playside A’s rule is the following:

Hot to Post to Vert

If the Mike blitzes=Hot

If not and the middle of the field is open=Post

If neither=Vert

This is what the Hot Route looks like:

Four Verticals with Hot Route versus the 4-4 Stack Inside Fire. PR- Stretch PA- Hot-Post-Vert OL- Slide Away BA/BR- Stretch Q- Five-Step Drop, Throw Hot (Can throw on third step if recognized) B- Veer Path-KickFour Verticals with Hot Route versus the 4-4 Stack Inside Fire.
