Nothing changes–the Quarterback reads the 4i and if he takes the B-Back (he should–that’s why colleges play 4i techniques), pull the ball, replace the 4i and score UNLESS #2 (pitch key) steps at Quarterback.  If so, the Quarterback parallel pitches.
