Zone Dive with Fold

Triple Option Football Academy

One of the things that Under-Center Triple Option colleges are now doing with the Zone Dive is folding the Playside A into the B-gap just in case the Mike linebacker does not want to run over the top on Triple.

Zone Dive is called when there are two high safeties and the Mike scrapes over the top on Triple.

Here’s how Zone Dive is now run by many of the Triple Option college programs:
