Counter Option versus 6-1 Defense

Counter Option is run when the Backside Inside Linebacker makes the tackle on Triple.

However, what if Counter Option is called and they suddenly do not align with a Playside Inside Linebacker?

Regardless, the Play is executed and works very well because there is nobody to scrape over the top on the Quarterback/Pitch.
