Against a one-high safety defense, the Over formation forces the defense to bring someone over from the backside to the playside in order to even the numbers.
However, many high school football teams do not do this and allow the numbers advantage to occur.

PG- Base to Ace
C- Veer to Ace
Q- Veer 1, Pitch 2
