Scobey Goes From 2 Wins in 2023 to the STATE SEMIFINALS in 2024 After Working With Dr. Lou Cella

In 2023, Scobey (MT) won a total of 2 games. Then, in 2024, after working with the Triple Option Football Academy and Dr. Cella, Scobey went to the State Semifinals in 2024.
“After a 2-7 season, we knew a change was needed in our program. With only one senior coming back and no one with any quarterback experience, we started looking for ways to maximize our talent but minimize our offense. The academy was exactly what we were looking for and needed!
“The beauty of this offense is its simplicity in teaching what appears to be a complex system. Our players believe in the small number of plays we run because they know they have repped these plays against every imaginable look they will see.
“Being a small school requires most of our guys to be two-way players, and I firmly believe that the mentality this offense creates makes your defense better! We were more physical on both sides of the ball this year and it all starts with zone dive and option.
