What is Triple Option Football Academy?
Dr. Lou Cella, Sport and Performance Psychologist, began educating players on the Triple Option offense in the 1990s and this expanded to coaches in the early 2000s. In 2010 Dr. Cella started running camps educating teams on how to run the FBS Triple Option offense, then later formed The Academy in 2013.
Camps are run in a 72-play sequence each day, over a three-day period, with up to three groups simultaneously participating. When the 72-plays are completed, the camp is completed on that day. At the end of each camp day there is a question and answer session with Dr. Cella and the staff. In addition, you receive the Triple Option Football Academy to access to all the resources in order to playcall, install, and practice the Triple Option offense the right way the first time.
