8-Man Triple Option Football: Running Midline Triple versus 3-technique

Midline Triple can be utilized at the 8-man level if the Guard is uncovered or if there is a 3-technique.  

In this case, the Quarterback reads the two Playside Defensive Linemen as the Playside End blocks #3.

The Playside Guard veers inside while the Center and Backside Guard double team the first down lineman inside of the read.

The B-gap is cancelled by the Backside End.
