The Four Stages Players Learn the Flexbone Triple Option Offense

The Four Stages Players Learn the Flexbone Triple Option Offense

Players learn the Offense in four stages:

Stage 1- unconscious incompetence.

This is when players don’t know what they don’t know.

Stage 2- conscious incompetence.

This is when players know something; however, they are unable to do the task yet because they haven’t practiced the task enough (ex. Triple Option).

Stage 3- conscious competence.

This is when players can execute the triple option, but they have to think about their assignment and technique before and during the process of the play.

Stage 4- unconscious competence.

This is when players can execute the triple option in the same manner they walk and breathe. No more thinking is required.

Dr. Cella helps you create unconscious competence in your program.

Your players will be implicitly conditioned for 2019.

In three days, he will have your players at a totally different level of competency with the triple option.
