I’m Dr. Lou Cella, owner of the Triple Option Football Academy. For 15 years, I’ve helped high school coaches implement Army’s triple option offense, driving teams to championships, playoff runs, and program turnarounds.
At the Triple Option Football Academy, I offer two key services. The first is the Academy itself, which provides access to the 2025 Triple Option Football Academy 3-Step Clinic, over 100 hours of camp video, the Installation Clinic Library (2014-present), state championship game video, and training camp mastery with elite practice plans. You’ll have access to these resources for two years, along with round-the-clock support from me.
The second service is our on-site 3-day camps, designed to create an elite-performance environment. During the camp, I work directly with your staff and players to cover the Zone Dive, Follow, Kick, and Midline Triple Option, as well as the Triple Option Passing Game, Rocket Toss, and more.
The key to your program’s turnaround is executing 1,200 live reps of Army’s current core offense in under 3 weeks. This will have you operating at over 90% of your potential by the time you play your first football game of 2025.
