Led by Dr. Lou Cella, a Sport and Performance Psychologist, the Triple Option Football Academy transforms 8-man, 9-man, and 11-man football programs through its Army/Air Force Flexbone Triple Option system. Since 2013, the Academy’s in-person camps and online resources have driven championships and turnarounds, fostering elite performance and self-mastery.
In-Person Camps ($2,997–$4,997)
Three-day camps on your campus teach 720 plays in under 7 hours, covering Zone Dive, Midline Triple, Rocket Toss, and more. Daily Q&A sessions and online Academy access are included. Tyrone (OK) won the 2020 8-man state title, and Falls City (TX) secured their first 11-man state championship after camps.
Online Academy ($997)
A 2-year membership offers a 3-Step Clinic, 100+ hours of video, installation guides, practice plans, and 24/7 support from Dr. Cella. Scobey (MT) reached the 2024 8-man semifinals, and Haverford (PA) went 11-2 in 2024 (11-man) using these tools.
