In a singular, dominant weekend, three separate programs—Oak Hall (FL), Fort Sumner (NM), and Scobey (MT)—all secured State Championship titles. This “Triple Crown” weekend serves as the ultimate validation of Dr. Lou Cella’s sports science-driven, procedural-based system. Each program utilized the Army/Air Force Flexbone Triple Option to transform their trajectory and create an elite performance environment.
Oak Hall (FL) provided one of the most dramatic turnarounds of the year. Under Coach RJ Fuhr, the Eagles went from just 4 wins in 2024 to a 9-win season and the SSAA Class 3A State Championship. By embracing the Academy’s installation protocols, they rushed for over 3,000 yards, averaging 5.8 yards per carry. In Montana, Scobey completed a two-year metamorphosis. After a dismal 2-win season in 2023, the Spartans utilized Dr. Cella’s camp system to build a physical identity, culminating in a 2025 state title. Finally, Fort Sumner (NM) cemented their elite status in New Mexico by mastering the 80/20 rule of performance efficiency.
