Triple Option Offense Count System

The system utilized to determine who the read key, pitch key, run support, near deep defender, and action key is defined below:
#1- Defensive Lineman touching the Tackle.
#2- Defender on or past #1.
#3- Defender on or past #2.
The Near Deep Defender is the defender who drops into the deep zone over the top of the Playside Receiver. He is not part of the count.
