The ONE Thing That Creates Immediate Turnarounds

As a Sport & Performance Psychologist, I’ve been incredibly blessed to assist in the turnaround of numerous high school football programs through our triple option-based academy/camp system. Today I’m sharing with you, the ONE Thing that Creates Immediate Turnarounds with high school football programs and the Triple Option Offense. –Dr. Lou Cella

Extreme Humility

Underdogs, resets, repetition, reading-instead-of-blocking, celebrating the small victories, playing the cast-offs, and bravery in the process leads to extreme humility and THIS leads to YOUR immediate turnaround in 2021.

Believe– your people are UNMOVED as they execute the step-by-step installation procedure.

Compete– play lean, tireless, and undersized players to out-effort the competition.

Succeed– identify daily successes at the end of every practice.

Cancel their Defensive Line Forever– by reading your way out under center just as Army, Navy, and Air Force do–the D-Line cannot make the tackle as the quarterback always makes them wrong.

Get Good Fast– unique system practiced over-and-over for weeks can’t be emulated in 3 qualitative practice sessions by your opponent.

Reset Your Program Today– no mention of the past–ever. Live all about this upcoming play.

The Underdog Football Program– when you go into every game humble, you create elite coaching performance.
