FAQ

The following are questions that I am most often asked by prospective clients:

How Long Have You Been Doing All This? I started educating players on the Triple Option Offense in the 1990s and this expanded to coaches in the early 2000s. In 2010, I started running camps educating teams on how to run the FBS Triple Option Offense. This continues through the present day, and I added The Academy in 2013.

Who runs the Academy and the Camps? I (Dr. Lou Cella, Sport and Performance Psychologist) run the Academy and all camps.

How Much is the Triple Option Football Academy? $997 (More information can be found here.)

How Much is the Triple Option Football Academy Online Camp? $1997 and this includes the Triple Option Football Academy. (More information can be found here.)

How Much is the Triple Option Football Academy In-Person Camp? $2997 and this includes the Triple Option Football Academy. ($3997 in Texas, the Mountain, or the Pacific Time Zones, and more information about the camps can be found here.)

Are there any additional costs associated with the Academy, Online Camp, or In-Person Camp? None.

What is the Daily Schedule of the Triple Option Football Academy Camp? The camp is run in a 72-play sequence each day over a three-day period. You may have up to three groups simultaneously participating. When the 72-plays are completed, the camp is completed on that day. This is followed by a Q&A segment with Dr. Cella and the coaching staff.

What does camp look like? Watch here.

Day 1

Zone Dive and Zone Option

Day 2

Day 3

Do I Receive a Consultation for My Coaches at the Camp? Q&A occurs at the end of each camp day with Dr. Cella and the staff. In addition, you receive the Triple Option Football Academy. So, for the entire off-season, you have access to all the resources in order to playcall, install, and practice the Triple Option Offense the right way the first time.

What Do My Players and Coaches Learn at the Camp? Everyone learns how to create the elite performance environment by playcalling, installing, practicing and winning with Army, Navy, and Air Force’s modern Triple Option Offense.

When Do You Run the Camps? Camps can be run 12 months/year; however, 99% of the camps I’ve run occurred in May, June, July, or August.
